***2007 Waiver Required***
All shooters at the Lippold Center and any other Auroraland Archers venue must sign a new waiver every year BEFORE being allowed to participate. This is required in order to meet the obligations to our insurance provider. The waiver book is kept on the counter. This requirement applies to EVERY SHOOTER, not just club members!!

Monthly Club Meeting
Our next meeting will Thursday, January 4th at 7:30 at Lippold Center on Route 25 in Batavia. Please Join Us!!

Free NFAA/NAA Membership
At each club meeting, a free NFAA or NAA membership is awarded to a club member (non-officer or Board Member). There was no club meeting in December.

Potential Constitution Change
In response to our frequent inability to hold club meetings, the board of directors passed a proposed constitutional change which would reduce the number of members needed for a quorum from 15 to 10, as follows:

"Ten (10) voting members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any regular or special meeting of the club."

This potential constitution change must be posted for 2 consecutive months in this newsletter before it can be officially acted upon. Feedback may be directed to any Board Member.

Corresponding Secretary
The Board of Directors has appointed Jason Conn to the position of Corresponding Secretary. Welcome Jason!
